Job summary

UW Credit Union is seeking a Membership Services Assistant Manager to lead deposit operations and EFT initiatives in Madison. You will drive operational excellence, oversee daily transactions, and partner with senior management to enhance the member experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across MSC, Retail, and Loss Prevention to refine processes and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to work onsite in Madison three days per week.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services, specifically within deposit operations or EFT.
• Leadership experience desired.
• AAP Certification, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and knowledge support in daily operations, ensuring coverage as needed and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee the processing of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify efficiency gaps and implement new processes to improve efficiency.
• Refine quality assurance and regularly assess staff performance in member engagement.
• Develop monthly reports for management and support decision-making.
• Maintain collaboration with partners to update procedures and ensure compliance.
