Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent to join our team and support members with check-ins, service questions, and membership processes. The role emphasizes a welcoming environment, sales-oriented interactions, and accurate data recording in our systems.

You will engage with prospects, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and help maintain a clean, inviting facility while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
