Genesis Health Clubs seeks a member services associate to provide information about club facilities, programs, and pricing to prospective members and educate current and potential members on the benefits of regular exercise.

The role supports sales goals, assists in member retention, and requires a professional demeanor, cash handling experience, and CPR certification (or plan to obtain within 60 days). Weekend/evening shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and evenings and holidays.
• Experience in cash handling and credit cards.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Must hold CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining profitability through new member sales and retention.
• Meet daily and weekly sales quotas.
• Achieve prospecting goals and maintain records.
• Ensure documentation is completed timely.
• Attend sales and staff meetings and events.
• Collaborate with retention teams to drive participation in the facilities.
