Job summary

Stretch Zone in Rochester, MI is hiring a Sales Associate to drive membership sales and educate guests on practitioner-assisted stretching. You’ll build relationships with prospective and current members, guide them through the membership process, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strong communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating guests on the benefits and value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members and guide them through the membership process.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing member questions and concerns.
• Support member retention through outstanding service, consistent communication, and meaningful relationships.
• Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to help drive overall studio success.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Sales experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and working toward measurable goals. We're looking for someone who is:
