Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to drive membership sales and deliver friendly, attentive customer service to guests entering our studios.

If you enjoy helping others achieve their health goals, you’ll thrive here—no prior sales experience required, but a willingness to learn, plus availability nights and weekends, are essential as we train you to champion our practitioner-assisted stretching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a passion for helping others.
• 1–3 years of sales experience recommended.

• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and addressing member concerns.
• Own member retention by following daily operation guides and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and hit sales goals.
• Protect the culture by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
