SweatHouz is a fast-growing recovery franchise offering infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences. As a Sales Associate in Boston, you will drive member acquisition and retail sales through friendly, informative service and strong guest engagement.

This part-time role supports local and national expansion with flexible shifts. You will greet guests, promote memberships, maintain studio standards, and collaborate with the studio manager to hit sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsabilités

• Effectively promote and sell memberships and packages to guests, demonstrating knowledge of options and benefits.
• Warmly greet guests and ensure a hospitable experience throughout their session.
• Work with studio manager to achieve sales targets and strengthen member relationships.
• Escort guests to suites, providing assistance and information to enhance their session.
• Clean and prepare suites between client sessions, maintaining a spotless environment.
• Inspect suites to uphold high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Manage laundry tasks to ensure availability of clean towels.
• Record detailed notes on new guests in Prospr.
