The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, provide engaging tours, and educate prospects on benefits and pricing. Strong customer service, organization, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous health/fitness club/sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone and email and convert leads to memberships.
• Detail oriented, organized and highly responsive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly membership sales goals set by Regional Manager and General Manager.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone and email and book tours.
• Provide tours and educate prospective members on benefits and pricing.
• Process new member paperwork and orientation requirements.
• Track and report daily membership sales; maintain commission logs.
• Generate leads for corporate accounts and assist with client relationships.
• Maintain club relations and assist with events, trainings, and meetings.
