Job summary

Simpay is seeking a results-driven Membership Advisor to introduce and sell the Exectras Membership to small and medium-sized businesses. You will work from warm prospect lists within associations and organizations, speaking with business owners about valuable benefits and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside/small business sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong consultative selling and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Educate decision-makers on Exectras Membership value.
• Identify needs and position membership as a win-win solution.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone presentations.
• Lead prospects through the sales process to closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and pipeline.
• Follow up via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in meetings, coaching, and product trainings.
• Collaborate with marketing/leadership to maximize opportunities.
