Massage Heights Ingersoll is seeking a Front Desk Sales Consultant to guide conversations, handle objections, and close memberships both on the phone and in person. This role emphasizes performance and coaching with coaching feedback and transparent metrics.

Starting pay is $15/hour with $20 per membership sold, plus hourly increases based on conversion; strong performers can reach $45k–$50k+ annually. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships.
• Able to explain services and memberships clearly and confidently.
• Experience in hospitality or retail sales is a plus.
