ModWash in Mebane, NC, is hiring Guest Experience Members to run daily operations, grow membership sales, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will educate guests on membership value and help them choose the best package to fit their needs.

You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering a legendary car wash experience year-round, with everyday opportunities for growth and development within the ModWash brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
