Job summary

ModWash in Roanoke Rapids, NC seeks a Guest Experience Member to drive membership sales and ensure every guest leaves with a legendary car wash experience.

You’ll educate guests on the value of unlimited memberships, present packages, and work with the team to hit sales goals while keeping the location clean and welcoming. A passion for serving others and flexible availability are essential benefits include base pay plus commission, paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
