Qualifications

• Front line/customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Must be results-driven with proven goal achievement.
• Basic math skills required and comfortable with numbers.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes membership through selling programs and benefits.
• Converts potential members by promoting all BJ’s membership options.
• Sells BJ’s membership products to new and existing members with energy and determination.
• Delivers excellent member service and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports club policies.
