National Federation of Independent Business is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Representative for an outside, face-to-face role in Madison, WI. You will prospect local business owners, present NFIB’s membership benefits, and close memberships through our proven sales process.

This role offers uncapped earnings with a 100% commission structure, paid training, and a full benefits package as a W-2 employee.

Membership Sales Representative

Uncapped Earnings | Outside Sales | B2B Sales

Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by unlimited earning potential? NFIB is seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as Membership Sales Representatives, helping America's small business owners access the advocacy and resources they need to succeed.

This is a face-to-face outside sales role where you’ll connect with local business owners, generate new business within your work area, and close sales using NFIB's proven sales process. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and controlling your own success, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

What's In It For You?

• 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
• Average annual earnings: $80,000 - $200,000
• W-2 employee with full benefits

• Up to 13 weeks of performance-based training pay
• $1,000 per week or commissions earned, whichever is greater
• Weekly commission payments
• Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses
