Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to drive enrollment through a consultative approach, guiding customers to the best options and showcasing how our Be Super program saves money. This entry-level role includes paid training and uncapped commissions.

In a fast-paced outdoor setting, you’ll build relationships, close sales, and meet targets while delivering outstanding service and staying informed about our products and unlimited washes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer connections by asking the right questions to uncover needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service as the friendly face customers trust.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Sell a range of products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve targets and meet sales schedules.

• Engage customers by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products.
