Job summary

Super Star Car Wash seeks a motivated Membership Sales Associate to drive sales through consultative engagement and a passion for helping customers find the best fit. This entry-level role includes paid training and uncapped commissions, with weekly pay and retention bonuses, in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include building customer connections, delivering outstanding service, closing sales, and upselling memberships and services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged standing and walking; stamina for long shifts.
