Super Star Car Wash in Phoenix is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to drive sales by communicating the benefits of our memberships. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach and a genuine desire to help.

This entry-level role includes paid training, uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and a supportive team in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You’ll stay informed about products, upsell services, and meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; perform manual tasks.
