Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor for the San Ramon location. You will drive membership sales, renewals, and ancillary services through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and member referrals.

You’ll work under the General Manager with a regional manager and small team to promote the Equinox experience. Ideal candidates have sales experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling club memberships or analog products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and meet/exceed sales goals.
