Global Medical Response seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to lead AMCN membership sales across eastern Kentucky and southwest Virginia. Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Comfort with frequent regional travel is essential.
• Three years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Experience building relationships in the community is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.

Responsibilities

Membership Sales Manager – Harlan, KY

Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Harlan, KY

The territory includes the following areas: Bell, Harlan, Lee, Knott, and Letcher, KY; Leslie, Pike, Buchanan, Dickenson, Wise, Scott, and Norton City, VA.

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available: $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable)

Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across the region. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique character of Eastern Kentucky and Southwest Virginia communities, values face-to-face relationships, and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence throughout the area. Through consistent local engagement and relationship-building, you will develop a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory goals and team performance.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, employers, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact

  Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout the regional market, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership and the important role emergency air medical services play in rural communities.

• Develop Relationships

  Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, chamber of commerce activities, community events, first responder partnerships, healthcare outreach opportunities, and community networking activities throughout your territory.

• Sales Process Management

  Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN's services to the real-life needs of families, employees, healthcare workers, and other members of the communities you serve.

• Champion with Purpose

  Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, public safety agencies, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility across the territory.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel is essential.

Sales Expertise

Three years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience building relationships in the community is a strong plus.

Industry Knowledge

Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.
