Job summary

Global Medical Response's AirMedCare Network seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to drive membership sales across Grant County and nearby markets, working mostly in the field. You will build relationships with businesses and individuals, travel within the territory, and educate communities on the value of AMCN membership and emergency services.

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Frequent travel.
• 3 years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling.
• Experience developing relationships in community-focused, territory-based, or rural markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% in the field across Grant County and surrounding markets, engaging local businesses (70% B2B) and consumers (30% B2C).
• Develop Relationships: generate leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.

Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 75 miles of Grant County, KY

The territory includes the following counties:Greenup, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Scioto, Knox, Robertson, Adams Brown, Hamilton and Highland OH, Licking, Boone, Bracken, Grant, Harrison, Kenton, Madison, Owen, Pendleton, Scott, Boyd, Campbell, Fleming, Lewis, Mason and Carter KY,

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available — $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable).

Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership throughout Grant County and the surrounding region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships in their community, is comfortable working independently in the field, and values being a trusted resource for local families and businesses.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, employers, and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Grant County and surrounding markets, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership and the peace of mind it provides.


• Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, chamber of commerce activities, first responder partnerships, community organizations, and networking opportunities throughout the territory.


• Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN's services to the real-life needs of families, employees, farmers, small business owners, and community members across the region.


• Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, schools, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility throughout the territory.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent travel is essential.


• Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience developing relationships in community-focused, territory-based, or rural markets is a strong plus.


• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, emergency medical transport services, or membership-based sales, preferred. Familiarity with the needs and values of rural and regional communities is highly valued.
