Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a locally connected Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for the AirMedCare Network membership in Carrollton, GA and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes building relationships with local businesses and individuals to prepare families and employees for unexpected medical emergencies.

It is a hybrid position with 90% field activity and 10% remote work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager spends 90% of time in the field meeting people where they live and work.
• Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, community events and partnerships.
• Sales Process Management: Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at community events and build long-term relationships.
