Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Verifiable history of excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire membership.
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
- Administer studio tours for new guests.
- Answer all questions about services and the facility.
- Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
- Maintain and organize towel supply area.
