Amazing Lash Studio in Kentucky is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to promote memberships and retail products, answer phone calls, book appointments, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

The role offers full or part-time hours, competitive pay with performance incentives, ongoing training, free lashes, and discounts on services and products. A reliable, outgoing team member who can open/close the studio as a key holder will thrive.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Make outbound calls, texts, and email guests daily
• Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing at 40%+ and work well with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
