Job summary

The Picklr, a fast-growing indoor pickleball brand in Massachusetts, is hiring for a Full-Time or Part-Time Team Member to join our Sales, Hospitality & Member Experience team. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is essential as we deliver a high-energy guest-first experience and drive memberships.

As a team member, you will greet guests, process transactions, lead facility tours, support leagues and events, assist with retail operations, and help maintain a vibrant, community-driven

Qualifications

• Front-desk guest check-in and service experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Sales or guest-services experience in sports or fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-energy front desk experience and check-in guests.
• Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer inquiries.
• Lead facility tours and drive memberships through consultative conversations.
• Assist with leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments scheduling.
• Support retail, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Help maintain clean and organized spaces including beverage areas.
• Build relationships to boost retention and community engagement.
• Contribute to daily operations in a fast-paced team setting.
