Job summary

The Picklr in Burlington, MA is hiring a Full-Time Team Member to support sales, hospitality, and member experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Late-afternoon availability and weekend shifts are essential as part of this high-energy role, helping guests check in, answer questions, and learn about memberships.

You will lead tours, process transactions, assist with leagues and events, support pro shop operations, and help sustain a welcoming club culture with strong communication

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience
• Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries
• Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations
• Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments
• Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas
• Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement
• Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
