Job summary

The Picklr is seeking a Weekend Team Member to support sales, hospitality, and member experience at our premier indoor pickleball club. This role emphasizes weekend availability, front desk excellence, and driving member engagement through friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or sports is a plus.
• Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
• Ability to stay energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-energy front desk and guest check-in experience.
• Process transactions, manage the POS system, and answer member questions.
• Lead facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations.
• Assist with registration and scheduling for leagues, clinics, and weekend events.
• Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including food and beverages.
• Build relationships with members to strengthen retention and community engagement.
• Support daily club operations during busy weekend shifts.
