ModWash Alliance, OH is seeking a Guest Experience Member to deliver outstanding service and drive membership sales at our location. You will greet guests, explain packages, and help them choose the best unlimited wash option while ensuring a top-notch experience.

Position offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a team-oriented environment. The role covers both part-time and full-time schedules, outdoors in all weather conditions, with base pay plus commission and employee car washes

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest.
• Greet customers with a smile and guide them through ModWash packages.
• Actively sell and promote unlimited wash memberships.
• Assist guests in choosing the best package for their needs.
• Engage with customers during and after the wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Keep the facility clean and presentable.
