Job summary

ModWash in Washington, PA is seeking a Guest Experience Member to join our sales-focused team. You will educate guests on membership options and help them choose the best package while delivering a legendary car wash experience.

You will engage customers before and after their wash, work with the team to hit sales goals, and enjoy paid training, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a fun, supportive environment at ModWash.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
