Job summary

ModWash is hiring Guest Experience Members to operate daily at our locations and to drive membership sales while delivering a legendary car wash experience. You will educate guests on unlimited wash memberships and help them choose the best package for their needs.

We value an energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a passion for serving others. Roles include evenings and weekends, outdoors in all weather, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind-blowing customer service to every guest.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and membership options.
• Guide guests through packages and membership decisions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
