Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Guest Experience Member to deliver a legendary car wash experience and help customers select the best membership. You’ll greet guests with a smile, present the packages, and highlight the savings of unlimited washes while driving membership sales.

The role requires an energetic, team-first attitude and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather. You’ll join a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment with paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and guide them through membership options.
• Educate on value and savings of ModWash packages.
• Sell memberships and meet sales goals as part of the team.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming location and assist guests as needed.
