The NOW Massage in Florham Park seeks energetic Membership Sales & Guest Experience Guides to join our boutique team. You’ll drive membership sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage front desk operations with care and accuracy.

We reward performance with uncapped commissions, a competitive hourly wage, complimentary massages, and growth opportunities within the network. Flexible schedule and a supportive, team-focused environment are key to your success.

Formación

• 1–2 years in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, beauty, or wellness.
• Previous membership sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create Exceptional Guest Experiences: Welcome guests warmly and maintain a relaxing environment.
• Drive Membership Sales & Retention: Explain benefits, upsell services, and meet sales goals.
• Own the Front Desk Experience: Manage appointments, check-ins/outs, and guest records.
• Bring Positive Team Energy: Collaborate with therapists and leadership.
• Take Initiative & Communicate Proactively: Anticipate needs and follow procedures.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. As a Membership Sales & Guest Experience Guide, you'll play an important role in growing our boutique, creating lasting guest relationships, and helping people make self-care part of their everyday lives.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$17–$19 PER HOUR + UNCAPPED SALES COMMISSIONS PAID BIWEEKLY!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. 1. Create Exceptional Guest Experiences

   Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Make every interaction memorable and help create the relaxing, welcoming environment The NOW is known for.

2. 2. Drive Membership Sales & Retention

   Confidently explain membership benefits, recommend services and enhancements, and help guests understand the value of regular self-care. Work toward individual and team sales goals while building relationships that encourage guests to return.

3. 3. Own the Front Desk Experience

   Manage appointments, guest check-ins and check-outs, payments, scheduling, and guest records with accuracy and attention to detail. Help keep the boutique organized and running smoothly.

4. 4. Bring Positive Team Energy

   Collaborate with Massage Therapists and leadership to create a supportive, professional, and high-performing environment. Your attitude, communication, and teamwork matter.

5. 5. Take Initiative & Communicate Proactively

   Anticipate guest needs, solve problems, follow established procedures, and communicate clearly with your team and leadership. Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to the boutique's success.

Preferred Experience:1–2 years in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, beauty, or wellness. Previous membership sales experience is a plus.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is especially important to our boutique operations.
