Job summary

F45 Training CP007788 is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow memberships across our Summerlin South studios. You will meet and exceed sales KPIs, renewals, drive workout traffic, and deliver premium customer service while collaborating with studio managers.

The role requires a year of sales experience, a passion for health and fitness, strong communication, and comfort with software like MBO and ClubOS.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous sales experience, preferred
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Positive and detail oriented person that can talk to anyone
• Comfortable learning new Software, such as MBO, ClubOS

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
• Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses
• Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
• Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
• Generate 10+ new leads daily
• Close 5+ sales a week / 20+ a month
• Connect with warm leads daily
• Attend all sales and training meetings

Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, feels comfortable making calls, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills and an overall self-driven sales person.

Compensation: $13.00 to $20.00/hour
