Anytime Fitness Windsor & Nearby Connecticut Clubs is looking for motivated Sales Associates to help grow memberships. This role focuses on converting leads, following up consistently, and turning interest into action, while contributing to a positive member experience across the club network.

You will engage prospects, book tours, and support local marketing efforts. Compensation includes $19–$21 per hour plus commission, with benefits and advancement opportunities within multiple Connecticut

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive membership sales: respond to and follow up with new leads, make outbound calls and texts, book tours, and close memberships.
• Create a great member experience: onboard new members, build relationships, improve engagement and retention, and foster a welcoming club environment.
• Support the business: own sales performance, be the onsite point of contact, assist with operations, coordinate with leadership and coaches, and help with promotions and events.
