Job summary

Anytime Fitness Windsor & Nearby Connecticut Clubs is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive membership growth and create a welcoming club experience. This role focuses on turning new leads into members through outbound calls, tours, and proactive follow-up.

You'll work with a Club Director or regional leadership and help with community outreach, local marketing, and day-to-day operations while hitting individual and club sales goals. Prior sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Fitness industry experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with new leads.
• Make outbound calls and texts to prospective members.
• Book tours, conduct tours, and close memberships.
• Generate opportunities through referrals, community outreach, and local marketing.
• Meet individual and club sales goals.
