Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but great communication and soft skills are.
• 18 years or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm.
• Genuine and honest.
• Available to work flexible hours [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends].
• Technologically savvy.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
• Give knowledgeable tours of the club to potential members, highlighting the advantages and benefits of an Anytime Fitness membership.
• Understand the policies and procedures of the membership agreement in order to help new members sign up.
• Be knowledgeable of the personal training and classes being offered to serve members better.
• Assist existing members with billing changes, questions or issues, in person, over the phone and email.
• Engage with members and guests each time they enter and leave the club.
• Work with owner/manager on social media and marketing content and presentations.
