Job summary

Anytime Fitness Windsor & Nearby Connecticut Clubs is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive membership growth and create a welcoming club experience. This role focuses on turning new leads into members through outbound calls, tours, and proactive follow-up.

You'll work with a Club Director or regional leadership and help with community outreach, local marketing, and day-to-day operations while hitting individual and club sales goals. Prior sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Fitness industry experience helpful but not required.

$19–$21/hour + commission | Full-Time

Multiple openings are available across our Windsor, Canton, Granby, and nearby Connecticut clubs.

Standard Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–7:00/8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Fridays & Sundays off

Anytime Fitness is looking for motivated, outgoing Sales Associates who know how to connect with people, follow up consistently, and turn interest into action.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys goals, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and gets satisfaction from helping people make a positive change.

This isn’t a front-desk sales role. In many of our clubs, the Sales Associate is the primary onsite sales leader, taking ownership of membership growth, lead follow-up, community outreach, and the day-to-day member experience. Depending on the location, you may work alongside an onsite Club Director or operate with support from regional leadership.

What You’ll OwnDrive Membership Sales

• Respond to and follow up with new leads
• Make outbound calls and send texts to prospective members
• Book appointments, conduct tours, and close memberships
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, community outreach, and local marketing
• Consistently work toward individual and club sales goals

Create a Great Member Experience

• Help new members get successfully onboarded into the club
• Build relationships with prospective and current members
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and retention
• Help create a welcoming, supportive club environment

Support the Business

• Take ownership of membership sales performance and lead management
• Serve as a primary onsite point of contact for members and prospects
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day club operations
• Partner with the Club Director and/or regional leadership on club priorities
• Coordinate with coaches and other club team members
• Support club promotions, events, community outreach, and local marketing
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional facility
• Identify problems and elevate or resolve them appropriately

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, membership sales, or another customer-facing environment can be a great fit. Fitness industry experience is helpful, but not required.
