Job summary

ModWash is hiring for Guest Experience Members to support daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll educate guests on the value and savings of unlimited wash memberships and help them choose the best package to fit their needs.

You’ll deliver friendly service, actively sell memberships, keep the site clean, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. This role requires an outgoing personality, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
