Job summary

Stretch Zone in Mystic, CT is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help our members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience required—just enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others.

You will welcome members, schedule appointments, and explain membership options while aiming to boost retention and deliver a smooth client experience. This role offers a base hourly rate plus commissions and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
