Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a Membership Sales Associate in Connecticut to warmly welcome members, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and resolve questions while promoting the benefits of membership.

No prior experience is required; energetic, people-focused individuals can earn a base hourly wage plus commission on membership sales, with performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and resolving questions.

• Share benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages aligned with client goals.
• Support sales goals, suggesting add-on sessions and improving client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
