Experience the exciting combination of the centuries-old healing practice of a traditional sauna with the science-backed technology of infrared and red light therapy at Perspire Sauna Studio in Hill Country Galleria! Their holistic approach will help invigorate your body and refresh your mind by cleansing your body of toxins, reducing inflammation, releasing tension, and restoring balance.

For an added boost, try their new SNØ showers for contrast therapy. This innovative experience alternates between the soothing heat of the sauna and a refreshing 45º chilled shower. This contrast therapy can improve energy and mood, aid muscle recovery, and reduce inflammation.

Located in Suite U-110 between AT&T and Buenos Aires Cafe.

Compensation & Perks:

• $16/hour + Commission to start | Raise to $16.50/hr after your first 200 hours (to reward reliable & punctual employees)

Experience You'll Gain:

We love candidates that already have these, but we are willing to train the right candidate! We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Hill Country Galleria (13500 Galleria Circle, Suite U110, Bee Cave, TX 78738)

Shifts we are hiring for:

• AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)
• PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)
• Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Day Includes Tasks like:

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MindBody software experience is a plus!)
• Give each new guest a studio tour
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance
