Membership Sales and Service Representative

Are you a natural leader with a talent for sales? As an MSSR, you’ll drive our growth by promoting memberships while leading our wash team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you are both a sales professional and a shift supervisor. You’ll spend your time at the kiosks engaging with customers to meet membership goals while coaching Wash Attendants to ensure efficient, safe operations. You’ll lead by example, resolving problems and maintaining the positive energy that defines MinuteMan.

• Drive membership sales by greeting customers at the kiosk and meeting assigned closing percentages.
• Supervise and coach Wash Attendants, ensuring duties are performed to expectation and reporting performance to the GM.
• Provide expert customer assistance, using deep product knowledge to answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• Oversee wash functionality to ensure a seamless experience and prevent potential issues.
• Assist with site maintenance, including lot cleaning and physical tasks like shoveling when required.

Must Have

• One year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Prior leadership experience (preferred) with the ability to provide clear instructions to a team.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, in all seasonal weather.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
• A positive, professional demeanor and a commitment to "leading by example".
• Make up to $21 per hour with sales commissions.
• Starting Pay: $17/hour for the first 30 days.
• Full Commission: $17/hour + sales commissions after the 30-day training period.
• Annual reviews with an opportunity for a raise each year.
• Five days of Paid Time Off accrued after one year (full-time employees only).
