Job summary

Lions International is seeking a Program Specialist to manage a portfolio of club-level membership programs across the organization. You will work with Lions clubs, volunteer leaders and internal partners to provide program consultation and connect clubs with tools and resources.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management and program effectiveness across global networks. You will develop strategies, create learning materials, and deliver workshops, webinars and training to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus professional experience in programs or operations.
• 3+ years of program, project or operational experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a membership association, nonprofit or global organization preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from planning through execution independently.
• Strong relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders and supporting customers, members or volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of club-level membership programs and initiatives.
• Oversee programs from planning through implementation and evaluation, including budgets and reports.
• Act as relationship manager for assigned programs with leaders to meet needs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain shared mailboxes and channels.
• Develop and evolve program strategies with clear audiences and measures of success.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to promote and implement programs.
