Crawford's is seeking a proactive sales and hospitality professional at the intersection of membership growth and high-touch dining. You will expand our exclusive member roster, curate bespoke experiences, private tastings, and concierge services, while leading end-to-end sales and planning of private dining books and off-site catering across two venues.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in hospitality event sales or related fields.
• Dual focus on sales and client relationship management.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication for executive clients and VIP guests.
• Strong project management across two venues.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, sell, and onboard private members across two concepts.
• Manage private dining inquiries, site tours, proposals, contracts, and BEOs.
• Coordinate with Executive Chefs, Bar Directors, and FOH to ensure event delivery.
• Oversee on-site setup, client greetings, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Handle invoicing, deposits, final billing, and post-event debriefs to drive repeat bookings.
