POSITION SUMMARY
The Membership Project Coordinator is responsible for executing fundraising and membership marketing campaigns via direct mail, email, digital, and social media. The goal for this position is to build member engagement, improve the member experience, and ultimately improve membership retention and donations to support a larger, more engaged TU. The Membership Project Coordinator also oversees cultivation emails, premium purchases and collaborates with the Associate Director, Membership Marketing Strategy to ensure all messages are integrated with the member/supporter lifecycle. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and will allow for 75-80% work from home.
