Summary:
The Norton Simon Museum seeks a full-time Membership Manager. This position manages the day-to-day operations of
the museum’s membership program, including strategic planning, marketing and communications, member events, and
reporting and analysis. This position reports to the Senior Manager, External Affairs & Digital Content, and works closely
with the part-time Membership and External Affairs Assistant.

Physical Requirements
This position is in an indoor office setting, with frequent use of office equipment including computer, keyboard, and
mouse. May involve long periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 15 pounds.
Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled to work on-site Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with
occasional evening and weekend hours expected.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience, and includes excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision and life
insurance and a generous pension program.
