Job summary

Ultimate Longevity Center of Naperville is seeking a driven Longevity Advisor to help open and grow the Naperville center. You will sell memberships, convert leads, onboard new members and provide a high-touch, personalized wellness experience.

Join during presale to sign founding members and be part of the opening team, with a focus on in-person and phone-based sales, community outreach, and seamless center operations. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of sales or client-facing experience, ideally in wellness or similar sectors.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing memberships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships through consultative, goal-focused conversations in person and by phone.
• Turn leads into members via prompt follow-ups, tours, consultations and closings.
• Onboard new members and guide them through onboarding and service introductions.
• Deliver a high-touch experience from first visit to long-term engagement.
• Represent the center at local events and community outreach to drive traffic.
• Support daily operations: front desk, scheduling and member communications.
