Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand seeking a Sales Associate to drive studio growth by generating leads, converting memberships, and delivering an outstanding member experience on weekends and evenings.

You will build relationships, hit daily goals for memberships, retail, and private training sales, represent the BODYBAR vibe at events, and keep bookings and interactions logged, while contributing to a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences
