BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. Drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life with a fun, motivated team.

This role is part-time or full-time with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager; join a fast-growing brand focused on CHEER, strength, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in person, phone and email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships, retail, and private training sales.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—from leads to memberships.
• Build relationships with members through proactive communication.
• Hit daily goals across bookings, outreach, and sales.
• Be BODYBAR ambassador at local events and grow brand presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
