Texasgulf Federal Credit Union is seeking an Experience and Development Manager to drive membership growth and build strong community partnerships. You will act as the public face of the credit union, engaging with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand presence and awareness of products and services.

The role requires active community involvement, event representation, and collaboration with marketing to create outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, or financial services.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
• Identify and pursue new community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Represent the credit union at community events, networking functions, financial education seminars, and trade shows.
• Promote the credit union's products and services to prospective and existing members.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts.
• Build relationships with local businesses to encourage employee membership and participation in credit union programs.
• Assist in planning and executing grand openings, member appreciation events, and community engagement activities.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products, services, lending programs, and digital banking solutions.
• Assist members and potential members with credit union services including opening accounts, adding services, and loans.

Position Summary

The Experience and Development Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, developing community partnerships, and increasing awareness of the credit union's products and services. This position serves as an ambassador for the organization by cultivating relationships with businesses, schools, community organizations, and existing members while identifying new opportunities to expand the credit union's presence within the communities it serves.
