Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing membership sales team. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff while maintaining personal sales production to drive monthly membership growth and dues.

You will work under the Club Manager to optimize guest traffic, convert leads, and hit KPIs, ensuring consistent results across the club’s sales efforts and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in related industries.
• Previous sales leadership, supervisory, or team development experience.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals and targets.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example while balancing personal production and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's high-performing sales team to meet monthly membership sales and dues growth goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in personal sales production and coaching.
• Drive membership growth, guest traffic, and improve sales conversions.
