Job summary

Union Padel Club is seeking an energetic Sales Leader to drive membership sales and revenue, while building genuine relationships with members and prospects in Chicago. This hands-on role requires owning the full sales journey, from inquiry through close, and collaborating with programs, coaching, and operations to cultivate growth and club utilization.

You will lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, with a strong commission opportunity and meaningful growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead sales initiatives in a hospitality or sports club setting.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue by engaging prospects, tours, presenting options, and closing memberships.
• Build relationships with members to convert first visits into long-term memberships.
• Own the sales journey from inquiry to conversion with a personalized Union Padel Club experience.
• Develop corporate partnerships and local outreach to generate new leads and awareness.
• Increase participation and revenue by engaging with members and offering programs.
